Selma Jonker is an associate (advocaat) in the employment team based in Amsterdam. She advises on a wide range of employment law issues, mainly on transactional and advisory work, including advice on works council issues and transfers of undertaking.

Selma studied at Leiden University and holds a bachelor degree in Dutch law. During her study she undertook an exchange program in China (Beijing) at Tsinghua University.  During her masters she focussed on employment law and completed an honours program at Leiden University.
